How Can severe Penile Bleeding Be Treated?

Yesterday during sex my penis got some cuts and start little bleeding but my partner do not get injured and she has no bleeding problem when I found this I wash my penis with dettol 3 times by the help of water is it is safe for me to minimise the risk of HIV or any disease and I know my partner is HIV negative she is safe please advise me

If your partner is confirm HIV negative then I wouldn't worry much. But if you are still worried, I would recommend a prophylactic dose of anti HIV medicines as post exposure prophylaxis. Your doctor can help you with the medicines and dosage.
A few other thing I would recommend is getting her checked for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C. Get yourself vaccinated against Hepatitis B.

And be cautious in the future. Use condom and stay safe from worries of sexually transmitted diseases.
